Yesterday, MTV announced that rapper Wiz Khalifa will perform his new single “Work Hard, Play Hard” for the first time on television at the “2012 MTV Movie Awards.” The single is the debut track from the upcoming August release of Khalifa’s second studio album, “O.N.I.F.C.”
In addition, Adam Sandler, Emma Watson, Andy Samberg, Leighton Meester, Logan Lerman and Ezra Miller are the latest Hollywood stars confirmed to hand out golden popcorn awards at this year’s ceremony. They join previously announced presenters Emma Stone, Andrew Garfield, Kristen Stewart, Chris Hemsworth, Charlize Theron, Michael Fassbender, Mila Kunis and Mark Wahlberg, along with musical performer, chart-topping indie-pop group Fun.
Hosted by Russell Brand, the “2012 MTV Movie Awards” will be broadcast live from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, CA on Sunday, June 3 at 9pm ET/PT.
