Michael Jackson’s estate have given rockers Queen the go ahead to work on material recorded by the late King Of Pop and their former lead singer, Freddie Mercury.
A series of never heard tracks from the pair, which are thought to have been recorded in the early eighties during Queen's US tour will be released next year.
Queen’s guitarist Brian May told British newspaper, ‘The Sun’: "The Michael Jackson estate are happy for us to go ahead with the music. But it's not something that we can rush."
Queen who recently performed at the 2011 MTV EMA's - denied allegations that they were releasing the material for money, saying: "I don't work on things with the aim to make money or for promotional reasons."
He added: "I work on things with the view 'to let's see how it goes'. When it is something we feel is worthwhile then it's nice if we could get it out there."
Look out for the release next year!!!
