Infamous X-Factor and American Idol talent mogul and judge Simon Cowell will place his magic fingers on a brand new talent super-show aimed at finding the best DJ's in the world.br>

David Guetta ft. Sia - Titanium

Cowell was keen to say that DJ's have found a solid foundation in music in the last few years - "DJs are the new rock stars. It feels like the right time to make this show."

He may just be right with David Guetta leading the charge in the last couple years featuring artists like Kelly Rowland, Flo-Rida, Pitbull, Usher and more. This year Calvin Harris and Rihanna catapulted "We Found Love" to number one all over the world plus artists alike Skrillex, Deadmau5 and Swedish House Mafia, are finding their Electro Dance Music mainstream and their bookability through the roof.

The show has reportedly been in works for over a year with Simon's Syco, Sony Pictures Television and Overbrook Entertainment, a company founded by Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith. In a statement Pinkett-Smith commented, "This show will comb the world to find a new breed of talent."

The only question left is whether DJ Jazzy Jeff will be spotlighted to judge it. Anybody in the house for Will Smith? On the other hand, what about Pauly D..can we guarantee him a spot?
