Fans have already been treated to the making of 'Loca' however Shakira wanted to express personally the sentiment and thinking behind the shooting in Barcelona.
"We actually decided to just go out into the streets of Barcelona for two full days and just jump into an adventure and whatever happened happened.
"I decided to just do something more spontaneous, and be myself and be free and feel free about it because that is what this song is about."
The whole point of the clip is to ask fans to send Shakira their favorite 'Loca' moments as part of a social awareness campaign. Sounds fun - got any Loca moments?
