The Roman theme was brought to the scene on Pink Friday’s second track, Roman’s Revenge. Minaj plays ‘Roman Zolanski’, a violent, biker ‘gay boy.’
Describing Roman's character, Nicki told Cleo magazine: "He's mean, he's angry and he's vicious.”Although Minaj withdrew from commenting on her sexual orientation, she is a key supporter of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) rights.
The rapper wrote in a blog earlier this month: "When he lands, he will address the nation in the form of music … Roman will be in rare form this time. You know why? Cuz he no longer gives a f***. He realised that his core matters the most. Everyone else will figure it the f*** out. He can no longer be censored."
However, the blog was removed.
