The tattoo is an equal sign “=” that was placed in the radial direction on her 3rd digit (wedding ring finger). BTW – she also was sporting a ring on that finger…love is in the air?
This is Miley Cyrus’ 10th tattoo. She has one that says "Just Breathe” under her left breast that is the slogan for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for which Miley lost a close friend to. She also had one on her ear that says "Love" which reminds her to "ignore all the crap" she hears and "just hear love." A sailor’s anchor is located just below the wrist on her right hand plus she has large dream catcher on the right side of her body that represents herself and her family.
Her right hand is full of tattoos – 6 to be exact. On her pink finger is a heart. Her ring finger sports her latest “=” sign plus opposite on the same digit is a cross. Her middle finger has a peace sign on one side and a straight line on the other and lastly her index finger has the world “karma” inked on it.
