Miley's 19th birthday appears to have empowered her sense of responsibility this year with "Liberty Walk."

Miley Cyrus has celebrated her 19th birthday(Nov. 23rd) in a completely differnt manner than last year's Drug Bong Show in her L.A. House.

This year Miley posted a new video with one of her old songs "Liberty Walk" showing various news clips of people struggling for their rights and freedoms. The video begins with a bold message "This is dedicated to the thousands of people who are standing up for what they believe in." The message comes amid the controversy with Occupy America's 1% protest which started on the streets of Wall Street against the 1% of the popular that control 40% of the wealth. The video shows various protest demonstrations from different countries amid police, turmoil and resistance.
The song itself is part of Miley's 2010 release Can't Be Tamed. The lyrics very much suit the message: "It's a liberty walk, walk. Say goodbye to the people who tied you up...Free yourself, slam the door, not a prisoner anymore."
Ironically enough, Miley would likely find herself in the 1% however this is about freedom not about money.
