We’re so used to seeing Gaga’s onstage character which is always nothing but groundbreaking, unique, funky and dam right crazy!!!
But behind this extravert onstage lady there's a soft, down to earth Gaga.
According to the British ‘Daily Star’ newspaper, The ‘Born This Way’ singer is planning to open an orphanage in India starting by adopting three children from the country herself.
A source told the paper: “She’s always wanted to adopt, ever since she was a little girl. She tells friends she feels she was put on this planet for a reason and since achieving fame she sees it as a sign that she has to give back the good fortune she’s received.”
They continued: "She's already set up her Born This Way Foundation in India and visited two orphanages while she was there last time. The plan is to adopt three Indian orphans before adopting more from around the world. She wants at least one American child too. She’s not being one of those celebrities who gets sucked into third world adoptions only to forget about her own country."
They added: "She knows it will be a massive amount of work but she wants to start by getting involved in some orphanages that already exist and devote some of her time and money to helping them."
