Katy Perry gave one of her fans the "Dream" of a lifetime when she performed her hit song "Firework" with her onstage at a benefit for the Autistic.

More than moving, the video tells us about Jody who was diagnosed as Autistic from a very young age. Through hardhship and intensive therapy, Jodi improved step by step discovering her favorite artist Katy Perry along the way. More remarkable, she learned the piano and many of Perry's songs.

Her dream was to meet Katy ..well that was shattered when our "Fireworks" lady took that stage for a very special duet.

Everyone has a moment in their life where they know it just can't get any better than this - and this is one of them for Jody.

Bravo to Katy for supporting such fans and programs.
