It's definitely a feel good song that will hit the mark yet it won't win any critical attention as far as cutting edge music for the global superstar.

We feel like we are sitting on outdoor bleachers as Justin croons his way into all the ladies hearts.

Justin certainly knows what his audience will like (aka ...98% teeny boppers) therefore we give him huge credit with this "safe" choice.
