The video is directed by Colin Tilley who notably has worked with Bieber in the past on "Never Let You Go," "U Smile" and "Fa La La" featuring Boyz II Men.
The concept of the video seems a bit vague as Tilley explores alternating light sequences on a sultry Bieber who raps and then is surrounded and gently touched by pairs of female hands.
Justin talked to MTV NEWS recently about the concept of the video. He described it as an amazing collection of scenes which includes a fire scene, an ice scene, unique lighting portrait shots and Bieber with girl dancers. Bieber went on to say that their wasn't a steady concept for the video and he thought that it was quite unique unlike anything he had seen before.
Bieber had been previously teasing fans with with short previews, lyrics and even a behind the scenes video of himself in the studio with Mike Posner and Mason Levy.
"This record is different in a very good way," said producer/writer Mason Levy, who also worked on the song. "Definitely edgier, it's more grown-up, it's more developed and it's sexier. It's just like really dope. It's gonna definitely surprise people. People aren't really expecting that. They're going to like it."
