Jack White is never shy about how he feels and "Love Interrupted" is no exception as White gives us his first solo material ever.

Given that Jack has collaborated with so many artists - White Stripes (Meg White), Dead Weather, Raconteurs, Rome and Tom Hones it's hard to believe that "Blunderbuss" releasing on April 23rd is his first solo effort.

"Love Interruption" is available for listening on Jack's Website now, releasing on Feb. 7th on a limited edition 7" vinyl with B-side "Machine Gun Silouette." from Third Man Records.

The song is stripped down yet brassy as Jack uses a light ensemble of acoustic and electric guitar with a female background crooner. He preaches repeating phrases "I want Love to..." expressing love should occupy your full being and take your utmost attention rather than "love disrupt, corrupt, or interrupt me.” It's slow and methodic yet unmistakable Jack for the underlying paradox of painful imagery with smooth musical harmoney.

When asked by BBC presenter Zane Lowe regarding his first solo debut Jack replied "I didn't really even think of recording under my own name for a long time, I thought 'I've got the rest of my life to do that.'"
