OMG Beyonce is having her VMA baby!! Beyonce took to the stage at the 2011 VMA's doing a spectacular and classic stunning performance of "Love On Top" ending with the best surprise of the night - her rubbing her baby belly!

Dressed to kill in a killer purple sequin Dolce & Gabbana tux jacket and black pants fans certainly showed their support when she ripped open her jacket and rubbed her belly for ALL to see. Loveeee itttt.

As the camera scanned to the crowd, you could see the excitement and stunning response of Jay Z and fellow Watch The Throneman - Kanye West.

As always, what a perfect moment for Beyonce to stun the world..and then do it again!

This night is all about coming out!! First Gaga attends the entire show as a man and next Beyonce introduces the world to the next Baby B-Jay.
