Born in Tbilisi in 1986, Sofia continued her professional musical career in Russia. Born in Tbilisi in 1986, Sofia continued her professional musical career in Russia.
She graduated with an honors degree from Tbilisi State Conservatory Music Academy, where she had piano and vocal education, and then she continued her studies at the Russian Theatrical Arts academy GITIS and music academy GNESINY. After graduating, she joined children's music studio and took stage as the lead vocalist in various shows and TV projects.
In a short time, her fame exceeded the borders of her country and she was invited in important international TV shows, mainly in France. Sofia played the lead role in major musicals such as “The wedding of the jays”, and “Romeo and Juliette”; and she sang a duet with Jose Carreras in 2010 for the song “Tonight” from the “West Side Story” musical play, she has also recently performed with such stars as Chris DeBurgh and Andrea Bocceli.
Her classical training has been very helpful for Sofia and a great experience. Today, she is working on her new album, produced by Christian Luezzi, a world known composer who has written for Celine Dion.

• 1999- Diploma of the First category for the best vocal within the frame of the festival “Pushkin weeks”; Diploma of the Tbilisi Mayor’s Office for the “Unique Vocal Features”;
• 1998- 2001- Scholarship of President Eduard Shevardnadze;
• 2000- “Golden Star” for the best vocal granted by Forte Cinematographic Studio and Star Scale studio;
• 2003- 2004 – leading part in the musical “The Wedding Of The Jays” ;
• 2004- 2006- Leading part on “Romeo and Juliet” musical;
• 2005- Participant, a finalist of the young pop star contest “New Wave”;
• 2005- 2007- Takes leading parts in shows and production of RATIB; was invited for Esmeralda part to the Musical “Notre Dame De Paris”;
