Man of the Year #3: Justin Bieber. When My World was released in November 2009, Justin Bieber already had four hit singles to his name. His star only grew from there, with two more EPs released in 2010 totaling almost 3 million copies sold, a guest spot on "CSI"; and a performance on "Saturday Night Live." The new year also brings his first feature movie, "Never Say Never," hitting theaters in 3-D in February.
