Green Day will release '21st Century Breakdown' on December 21st on Reprise as the latest single to be taken from their highly acclaimed album of the same name eventhough the video was released on MTV European this week right here. The '21st Century Breakdown' album has topped the charts on both sides of the Atlantic and has already sold over 300,000 copies in the UK alone.
Green Day are currently embarking upon their Euro tour which will include three sold-out London shows plus dates in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy.
The band will also perform at the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards that will be held in Berlin on November 5th. They're nominated for Best Live Act, Best Group and Best Rock.
