You Me At Six are a 5-piece pop/pop punk band from Weybridge, Surrey who formed in 2004. The band members are Josh Franceschi (vocals), Max Helyer (guitar and backing vocals), Dan Flint (drums), Matt Barnes (base guitar) and Chis Miller (guitar).

From 2005 to 2007 the band played at mostly local venues generating a fan base for the two EP's they released during this time that included songs "The Rumour", "Gossip", "Noises" and "This Turbulence Is Beautiful." In early 2007 they started to be noticed by the media from the likes of Kerrang, Musicscoop and NME which eventually proved instrumental in propelling them to release their debut single ?Save It For The Bedroom" on Slam Dunk Records.

In November 2007 You Me at Six were signed by Slam Dunk Records, an independent record label who produced and promoted the band's debut album Take Off Your Colours. Released in stores and for digital download on 6 October, 2008, the album entered the UK Albums Chart at #25 the same week giving them enough attention which would lead to a support act for Fall Out Boy on the UK leg of their tour.

On May 25, 2009 , the band released A brand new single called "Finders Keepers" whose video received regular plays on Kerrang! TV and Scuzz. It followed "Save It for the Bedroom" to number 1 in the Kerrang! Rock Top 40. It was also a huge commercial success for the band and was seemingly their breakthrough single, reaching #33 in the UK Singles Chart.

A deluxe edition of Take Off Your Colours with five bonus tracks and the videos for "Finders Keepers" and "Kiss and Tell" was released on 21 July, 2009 in the U.S. and 14 September, 2009, in the UK.

The band just released their latest single "Kiss and Tell" on 7 September, 2009 and it has already enjoyed several weeks on our European Rock Chart.

The band has claimed that their sophomore album is already written with its release due in early 2010.

Lastly, You Me At Six are thrilled to be touring as the opening act for Paramore on their UK and European Tour Leg during December of this year.
